Class 26C has officially entered graduation week, having successfully completed the majority of their academic requirements. This week, they demonstrated exceptional physical strength, endurance, and teamwork during the Command & Conflict exercise, applying Agile Combat Employment (ACE) and Mission Command principles in a dynamic environment. Next, they completed their fitness assessment and the Warrior Gauntlet, showcasing the warrior ethos required of today's SNCOs. As they approach the finish line, their final requirement, the Personal Refinement Strategy (PRS) provides an opportunity to reflect on their growth and leadership development needed to win tomorrow's wars!
