Angelina College Law Enforcement Academy Basic Peace Officer Course
The Angelina College Law Enforcement Academy, the Deep East Texas College & Career Academy, along with the Jasper County Sheriff's Office and a group of veteran law enforcement instructors from around the Southeast Texas region will be hosting another Basic Peace Officer Course, starting March 16th, 2026.
Graduation from this evening academy, and completion of the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement licensing examination, will allow a prospective cadet to become a fully licensed Peace Officer able to be employed with law enforcement agencies across the State of Texas.
